Verbal Abuse Incident and Pattern Log: Keep Your Own Record of What’s Said and Done
Named for privacy: Recipes from Mama’s Kitchen
Buy from this page if nobody in your house can know what you bought.
Memory gets slippery when someone keeps telling you it didn’t happen that way. The Log gives you somewhere to put the facts down while they’re still fresh, in your own words, on pages that belong to you. Nobody else has to read it. Nothing has to be decided because of it.
Quick Capture pages are built for the nights you have half a minute and a closed door. Detailed Record pages are for when the house is quiet and you can write more. Pattern Review pages line your entries up so the repeats show themselves instead of blurring into one bad year. The Summary page holds the short version, the one you can hand to a doctor, a lawyer, or an advocate without saying all of it out loud again.
23 pages in the file, counting the two recipe covers up front, and no page is single use. Print what you need, when you need it, one sheet or twenty. Nothing has to be saved for later or used sparingly, because you can always print another. And if a printer would give you away, leave it on the screen and copy the entries into a plain notebook instead.
This is not a diagnosis and not a legal document. It’s your own account, written close to when it happened, which counts for more than whatever you can piece together a year from now.
Want the full page list and the questions other buyers ask first? The regular listing has all of it. Anything bought on that page downloads under the real title.

Privacy and How You’ll Get It
The file. The download is named recipes-mamas-kitchen.pdf. Its cover says Recipes from Mama’s Kitchen, and the page behind it is blank. The Log starts after those two. Left open on a shared screen, it reads as a recipe file.
Getting it. PayPal handles the payment and sends you straight back to a download page here. Save the file while you’re on that page.
Your email. You’ll hear nothing from VerbalAbuseJournals.com, not now and not later. PayPal sends one receipt, and the line item reads “Recipes from Mama’s Kitchen“.
Your statement. The charge posts as “RecJournals”, short for Recipe Journals if anyone asks.
Refunds. All sales are final on digital files. If the download won’t open, email [email protected] and it’ll get fixed. The subject line is up to you. “Recipe Journals Download Problem” does the job.
